Scientist of the Week

This year in fourth grade, the students are being given a unique opportunity to be a Scientist of the Week!  Each week, a new student will be chosen to be our scientist.  He or she will be given a bag of science experiment books to look at.  Over the weekend, he or she will page through each book, looking for an experiment to present to the class.

On Monday, the Scientist will tell Mrs. Lenz which experiment he or she has decided to present.  Later that week, the experiment will be presented, and a new Scientist will be chosen.

Each student will be graded on knowledge of content, the introduction and explanation of new vocabulary terms, and both their volume and clear speaking during the presentation.
