How do you pick at book at the appropriate reading level?

1st Trimester Book Reports

Resources for finding books at your reading level:
www.lexile.com
• Click on "Tools" and select "Find a Book"
• In the section labeled "I don't know my reading level" select your current grade and the best option for you
• Enter appropriate criteria (genre choice or choices)

www.scholastic.com
• Click "Teachers" and select "Book Wizard" (under "Books and Authors")
• Enter a keyword under search (ex. biography)
• In the left hand column, select appropriate interest level and reading level
